Funk’d Up Fudge Drive Procedure

1. Contact Yummy Temptations on 46131744, and speak to Beck for more information and to organise a distribution date and order forms.

2. Hand out order forms to friends, work colleagues, family, members of organisation ect to help collect orders. We like to insure you have approx 4 weeks to collect orders .

3. Contact Beck to work out tallies and the money . It is preferred if you pop into the shop with all money and order forms to organise this.

4. We then take a maximum of 7 days to get your orders ready. We can deliver them to you or you can collect whatever is easiest. You will get a copy of all order forms to make it easy to identify who had what.

5. You then distribute orders to each person who filled out order forms who will then also distribute to people who placed orders. Yummy Temptations will NOT be held responsible to people who do not get there orders after products have left our hands.

*Please stress to all people taking orders for you that they are filled out with care.

*You get your payment when order is place. Order need to be paid in advance. This takes place the same day.

*Out of every $7 bag of fudge you get $3

*If every person purchased 3 bags of fudge x7 people on one order form that is an easy $63 towards your fundraising. Promote that the fudge can keep up to a month refrigerated.
