Fudge Parties!
Thankyou for your interest in our funk’d up fudge parties! I am sure your will have a fudgelicious experience to remember. Here are the finer details for you.
*When you book your party you will be posted/ given your party pack. This will include invites ect. I will call you 2 days before your party to confirm numbers.
*To have the party you need to have 4 guest plus. Each guest is required to pay a $10 cover charge. This $10 will get them a drink either soft drink or tea / coffee. Also this covers the fudge fondues, Fudge & Chocolate sampling, cakes & slices also some sandwiches to break from all the sweets. The Host does not pay this $10.
*Party games will be played on the day to win some lucky dip prizes or in stall gift vouchers.
*Host also receives some great rewards when her guest spend money in the shop, or book more parties.
If $1 to $150 is spent she gets 10% of that amount to spend on herself
If $151 to $350 is spent she get 15% of that amount to spend on herself
If $351 plus is spent she gets 20% of that amount to spend on herself.
This does NOT include cover charge. But does include any other extra food or drinks bought and gifts.
And lastly host will also receive and extra $5 per booking made on the day.
Host can spend her money on the day or get it in voucher form to spend at a later date. (Max 6 weeks)
*Party can run for 1 to 2 hours. Or whatever time frame you would like.
*Parties can be booked mon till sun between 9am and 7pm. Please be aware that these parties are becoming popular and u may need a few different time slots in case some are not available.
These parties are great for get togethers, morning/ afternoon tea, engagements, baby showers, hens parties or birthday parties!
*OUR FUDGE IS HOMEMADE USING REAL INGREDIENTS.

Our Fudge Drive Procedure!
Funk’d Up Fudge Drive Procedure
1. Contact Yummy Temptations on 46131744, and speak to Beck for more information and to organise a distribution date and order forms.
2. Hand out order forms to friends, work colleagues, family, members of organisation ect to help collect orders. We like to insure you have approx 4 weeks to collect orders .
3. Contact Beck to work out tallies and the money . It is preferred if you pop into the shop with all money and order forms to organise this.
4. We then take a maximum of 7 days to get your orders ready. We can deliver them to you or you can collect whatever is easiest. You will get a copy of all order forms to make it easy to identify who had what.
5. You then distribute orders to each person who filled out order forms who will then also distribute to people who placed orders. Yummy Temptations will NOT be held responsible to people who do not get there orders after products have left our hands.
*Please stress to all people taking orders for you that they are filled out with care.
*You get your payment when order is place. Order need to be paid in advance. This takes place the same day.
*Out of every $7 bag of fudge you get $3
*If every person purchased 3 bags of fudge x7 people on one order form that is an easy $63 towards your fundraising. Promote that the fudge can keep up to a month refrigerated.
*order forms can be photo copied or you can contact beck if you need more.
FUDGE DRIVE FUNDRAISERS!
I am writing to you today in regards to FUNDRAISING. We know how hard it can be to get all the help and support that you require when it comes to needing fundraising for your organisation, school, club ect.
Today we are spreading the word about a wonderful idea that we have come up with! Most of you may (or may not) know us but we are becoming very popular with our delicious homemade creamy fudges. We also offer a huge assortment of flavours. So the idea that we have is to help organisations like you with fundraising, using our product… FUDGE!
How you ask? Well in FUDGE DRIVES, similar to the old school pie and lamington drives BUT with Fudge! We organise everything for you, and all you have to do is distribute order forms collect orders and money, get them all back to us, then we organise all the orders for you and you hand them out. Easy with great rewards!
Every pack of fudge is to be sold at $7 a bag and out of that $7 you get to keep $3 for your organisation. And from every order form if 7 people order 3 packets of fudge each you make a whopping $63 per order form! We also provide you with all the order forms ect. And the best thing Fudge is so easy to sell.
If a fudge drive is not your thing, speak to me about other options or ideas you may have as we just might be able to help. We can also help with having stall at fetes ect.
